Upon arrival at the site, the John Rand Handyman Services team kicked things off by having a discussion with the site personnel. We then rolled up our sleeves and got down to work, first performing a thorough cleaning of the dumpster area and using bleach to clear algae off the sidewalks near the downspouts. But our primary task was a concrete repair near manhole covers. We picked up 20 bags of concrete from Lowe’s, then returned to the site to break, mix and pour new concrete around the manhole covers at the back of the building. This critical step served to repair and stabilize the area, preventing further damage. We wrapped up the job by placing safety cones around the repaired section, doing some final cleanup, and packing our tools back onto our trailer.
